Feature trail rides through miles of beautiful woods and fields, and regularly scheduled hayrides in the summer usually beginning June 15th. Inshalla opened in 1964 as a Hein family project. Inshalla features a driving range, putting and chipping greens, true Pro Shop, banquet hall and dining rooms, and upgraded patron facilities. The back nine renovation completed in 2011 features a new Par 5 - 10th Hole and Par 3 - 16th. The new Par 70 layout is truly fun and challenging.
Timber Ridge Golf Club was established in 1977, and has been under the ownership of Don Eliason and Glenn Schiffmann for the past ten years. What was originally a private country club, Timber Ridge has become one of the area's premier public golf courses. This par 72, Championship layout is an exciting challenge for all levels of play. Located in Harshaw, Pinewood Country Club is an 18 hole public golf facility on 600 beautiful acres of the most scenic land in the Northwoods. The golf course was built in 1962 by Al and Marie Bromann, Jr. Today it is still a family owned and managed business, with the third generation now owning the golf course, Chip and Jayne Bromann.
