Extra Occupants for Cedar Lodge and Big Pine Lodge: $14  daily / $89 weekly.

      except holidays.

Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome.  A maximum of two pets per rental unit are allowed.  Owners are responsible for any damage incurred or excessive cleaning needed.  Pets are not allowed to be left unattended as a courtesy to our other guests.  Pets are not allowed on the beach.  If complaints are received, we reserve the right to ask you to kennel the pet at an off-site location at your expense.  Pets are not allowed in "no pet" accommodations.  A dry cleaning and rug cleaning charge will be imposed for guests not respecting the pet policies.  We reserve the right to move you. 

Deposit Policy
A deposit of at least one day's rate on daily reservations or 30% on weekly reservations is required for confirmation.  It assures your arrival and departure as confirmed.  If cancellation is necessary, please let us know at least 15 days in advance for guest rooms, 60 days for cottages in July/August and 30 days for the rest of the year.  We will refund your deposit less a $10 handling charge.  In case cancellation is necessary on shorter notice, we will return deposits less $10 handling charge if we are able to fill the vacancy completely.  Otherwise, deposit will be applied on the unfilled portion of your reservation.

Arrival and Departure
Cottages and guest rooms will be ready for occupancy by 4pm on the date your reservation begins.  Departure is before 10am on the date your reservation ends.  During the summer season, cottage reservations begin and end on Saturdays.  Big Pine Lodge and Cedar Lodge reservations begin and end on Sunday in the summertime.  Guest rooms are available by the day or week, starting any day.
