Reservation Policy

Arrival and Departure

Cottages and guest rooms will be ready for occupancy between 4pm and 6pm on the date your reservation begins. Departure is 10am in the cottages and 11am in the guest rooms, on the date your reservation ends. During the summer season, cottage reservations begin and end on Saturdays. Big Pine Lodge and Cedar Lodge reservations begin and end on Sunday in the summer time. Early arrivals depend on lodging availability, early arrivals on the day of reservation are $30.00 per hour before 1pm.  Guest rooms are available by the day or week, starting any day. Weekends are a two night minimum.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of a least one day’s rate on daily reservations including tax, or 35% on reservations of 3 or more days is required for confirmation. It assures your arrival and departure as confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you must cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 handling charge, provided we receive advance notice as the following:

Lodge Guest Rooms –

30 day minimum during June, July and August

15 day minimum on all other days of the year

Cottage and Vacation Homes -

90 day minimum in June, July and August

30 day minimum on all other days of the year

If shorter notice of cancellation occurs, the deposit will be forfeited

Daily Maid and Towel Service

Included in the guest rooms and vacation homes. Available in cottages for an additional fee.

Pet Policy

Well behaved pets on leashes are welcome in designated units only. Pets are not allowed in “no pet” accommodations. A dry cleaning and rug cleaning charge will be imposed for guests not respecting the pet policies. A maximum of two pets per rental unit are allowed. Owners are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning that may occur in the designated units. Please do not leave pets unattended as a courtesy to our other guests. Pets are not allowed on the beach or surrounding area. If we receive complaints or if you do not follow any of these rules, we have the right to move you or to ask that you pet be kenneled at your expense. As we hope to continue to allow pets, we need guest to respect these guidelines. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
