Greeting and welcoming guests
Assist guests with phone and online reservations
Answer and screen phone calls
Inform guests of on-site and off-site amenities
Cash handling and end of shift reports
Maintaining front desk and lobby cleanliness
Requirements
• Eager and willing to work
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
