Reservation Policy

Arrival and Check out:

Check-in for cottages and guest rooms begins at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Departure time is 10:00 am for cottages and 11:00 am for guest rooms. During the summer months, cottage reservations run Saturday to Saturday, while Big Pine Lodge and Cedar Lodge welcome guests from Sunday to Sunday. If you’d like to arrive early, we’re happy to accommodate when availability allows; arrivals before 1:00 pm include a fee of $35 per hour. Guest rooms are available by the day or week with flexible start dates, and weekends include a two-night minimum stay so you can enjoy a more relaxed visit.

Deposit Policy

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of at least one night’s stay (including tax) for daily reservations, or 35% of the total for reservations of three nights or more. Your deposit guarantees your arrival and departure as reserved.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Deposits will be refunded, less a $20 handling fee, when cancellations are received within the following timeframes:

Lodge Guest Rooms: 30 days’ notice for stays in June, July, and August; 15 days at all other times of year.
Cottages and Vacation Homes: 90 days’ notice for stays in June, July, and August; 30 days at all other times of year.

Cancellations made with less notice will forfeit the deposit.

Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets in designated pet-friendly units. A maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit, with an additional charge of $25 per night, per pet. To ensure comfort for all guests, pets must be leashed, never left unattended, and are not permitted in non-pet accommodations, on the beach, or in surrounding areas (pets are welcome at the boat launch). Owners are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning. A $200 cleaning fee will apply if a pet is found in a non-pet unit. Out of respect for all our guests, we reserve the right to relocate or request off-site boarding for pets that are disruptive or in violation of our policy.

Additional Occupants

Rates are based on standard occupancy. Additional guests are welcome for $18 per person, per night, or $108 per week on weekly reservations.
