Reservation Policy

Do to COVID-19:

As we continue through the Covid-19 pandemic, here at Holiday Acres we will continue to follow the CDC and local health department's guidelines. Please check the current status before arrival. Thank you, stay safe, stay well.

 

We at Holiday Acres appreciate our guests.  With the uncertainty that the Coronavirus has caused, the health and well-being of our guests and employees are of utmost importance.

We are cleaning and disinfecting the public spaces with an emphasis on the front desk, door handles, handrails, bathrooms, and keys.  The guest rooms and cottages are sanitized with CDC-approved products and with special attention to the high-touch areas.

 

Due to Covid-19, our housekeepers will not do daily maid services. If there is anything that you need, please contact the Front Desk with your request and we will be happy to get it for you. ​

The Three Coins Restaurant is open with limited seating. We do have indoor seating available at this time for reservation only. The Three Coins Restaurant has some wonderful menu items that can be seen HERE.

Reservation Policy

 Effective Date: April 2018

 

Arrival and Check out:

   Cottages and guest rooms will be ready for occupancy between

4 pm on the date your reservation begins. Departure is 10 am in the cottages and 11 am in the guest rooms. During the summer season, cottage reservations begin and end on Saturdays. Big Pine Lodge and Cedar Lodge reservations begin and end on Sunday in the summertime. Early arrivals, depending on lodging availability, early arrivals on the day of the reservation are $35.00 per hour before 1 pm.  Guest rooms are available by the day or week, starting any day. Weekends are a two-night minimum.

 

 

Deposit Policy:

   A deposit of a least one day’s rate on daily reservations including tax, or 35% on reservations of 3 or more days is required for confirmation. It assures your arrival and departure as confirmed.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

   In the event you must cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 handling charge, provided we receive advance notice as the following:

 

    Lodge Guest Rooms-

30 day minimum during June, July, and August

15 day minimum on all other days of the year

 

   Cottage and Vacation Homes-

90 day minimum in June, July, and August

30 day minimum on all other days of the year

 

   If a shorter notice of cancellation occurs, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Pet Policy:

   Well behaved pets on leashes are welcome in designated units only.  Pets are not allowed in “No Pet” accommodations.  A dry cleaning and rug cleaning charge will be imposed for guests not respecting the pet policies.  A maximum of two pets per rental unit is allowed.  An additional charge of $25.00 per night, per pet, will be charged.  Owners are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning that may occur in the designated units and will be charged accordingly. If there is a pet in a non-Pet-Friendly room, there will be an excessive cleaning charge of $200.00 that will be charged. Please do not leave pets unattended as a courtesy to other guests. Pets are not allowed on the beach or surrounding area.   Pets are welcome in the boat launch area.  If we receive complaints or you do not follow any of these rules, we have the right to move you or to ask that your pet be kenneled off the premise at your expense. As we hope to continue to allow pets, we need guests to respect these guidelines.

             

Additional Occupants:

   If there are additional occupants staying in a room or cottage, there is a charge of $18 per person per night. If it is a weekly reservation, the charge is $108 for the week.
