Greeting and welcoming guests
Assist guests with phone and online reservations
Answer and screen phone calls

Maintaining front desk and lobby cleanliness

About the Role
We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and responsible individuals who can work alone and within teams.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Standard cleaning tasks such as sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds.
Prepare Lodge rooms and cottages for guest arrival
Replenish cleaning carts
Ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain public areas
Requirements
Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks
Ability to follow Holiday Acres cleaning procedures, after training
Communication skills and good listening
Ability to work quickly and independently

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Raking of Beach area
Preparing rental boats for guests (clean, gassed, swept, bailed if needed)
Emptying garbage cans at the cottages and at the beach
Sweeping the swimming pool
Delivering gas to boats at the docks
Assisting maintenance where needed
Misc. grounds work
