Spring has arrived in the Northwoods, heralding longer days, blooming trails, and fresh opportunities to relax, reconnect, and recharge. While Holiday Acres Resort has remained open throughout the season, offering lakeside stays and cozy getaways, one beloved part of the experience has been on a little vacation of its own.

We’re thrilled to announce that Three Coins Restaurant will reopen on Friday, April 25th, after a short spring break closure that began on March 9th. We’re coming back in full flavor, starting with our Friday Fish Fry, a Northwoods favorite that’s not to be missed.

Friday Fish Fry Returns – April 25th

Wednesdays – Tapas Night Only

Wednesdays at Three Coins are all about something a little different—and a lot of fun. Tapas Night transforms the dining experience into a lively evening of small plates. These dishes are meant for sharing, sampling, and savoring.

Saturdays – Prime Rib Night

Saturday evenings are a highlight at Three Coins—especially for fans of prime rib. Our Prime Rib Special is slow-roasted to perfection, delivering rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.

Guests can choose between a generous Queen cut or the hearty King cut, both served with all the traditional accompaniments. It’s the kind of meal that brings people back weekend after weekend—the perfect centerpiece for a relaxing Saturday night in the Northwoods.

Reservations are highly recommended for Prime Rib Night—it’s one of our most popular evenings!

Closed Mondays & Tuesdays

To maintain our high standards and keep our team refreshed, Three Coins Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. These quiet days allow us time to rest, reset, and prep for the week ahead. Every dish we serve from Wednesday through Sunday is crafted with care.
